Who operates this website
This website is operated by UNIKE Computational Solutions Inc., Orlando, Florida, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@unike-usa.com. UNIKE design&development GmbH operates its own separate European website.
Website visits and hosting
The website is hosted on IONOS webspace. In delivering and securing the website, the hosting provider may process your IP address, request time, requested address, response status and browser information in server logs. These records support reliable operation, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse. Hosting access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Business inquiries
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your name, company and project description. We use this information to respond, clarify your request and manage the business relationship. Email is handled through our business email service. Please do not send confidential technical files until an appropriate exchange has been agreed.
This version of the website provides direct email contact. It does not submit inquiry forms or store your project description on the web server.
Optional website statistics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and improve this website. The service is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. Google tags are loaded only after you select “Accept statistics”. Selecting “Necessary only” keeps these tags off.
Statistics may include pages viewed, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location and referral information. Google processes your IP address to provide the service. Cookie identifiers can distinguish visits. We do not enable Google advertising features, Google signals or personalized advertising in this integration. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
We store your statistics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and removes this website’s Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already collected. For a data request, contact us using the address above.
External content
We do not embed maps or third-party video players on this website. Images, animation videos, fonts and scripts are served from this website. Muted animations play automatically when visible and pause when out of view. Playback controls remain available. Links to UNIKE Europe, the 3D-Parts shop and software suppliers take you to separately operated websites with their own privacy practices.
Access, sharing and retention
We use business inquiries only for the purposes described above and do not sell them. If your request would benefit from the involvement of the separate European company, we will discuss the proposed collaboration and information exchange with you. Service providers may process information where their infrastructure is operated, including outside the United States.
We retain correspondence as needed to handle your request, maintain the resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Hosting logs follow the hosting provider's retention settings. We review the need to keep information and remove it when it is no longer required, subject to legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us about the personal information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern using the contact email above. The rights and exceptions available to you depend on the laws that apply. We may need to verify a request before responding.
Updates
We update this notice when the website's services or data handling change. The date above identifies this version.
